The products are mainly for clinical urinary system for drainage, urethral catheterization, drug injection, flushing, contrast, and hyperthermia;
Not applicable for patients who have serious abscesses or wound on urethral;
Not applicable for patients who have a history of allergy to latex Foley catheter;
Lubricate the catheter tube body first after open. Insert the lubricated catheter into bladder carefully, then wait the urine discharge.
Continue to insert the catheter until the balloon go into the bladder completely. Hold the valve, and inject the wfi of nominal capacity which is marked on the tube with a syringe without a needle inserted into the valve in order to inflate the balloon which will stuck bladder. Hold the valve, and slowly poll out the syringe from valve. The rubber valve will seal automatically to keep the balloon inflated;
To remove the catheter, insert an empty syringe without a needle into valve. Draw the wfi in the balloon until the wfi in the syringe is similar to the amount injected. Slowly pull out the catheter. Another way is cut the catheter tube, then remove the catheter after completed discharging.
