Characteristics
1, Absorb exudation massively in fast speed.
2, While absorbing exudation, it can also control and prevent the wound from exuding heavily (namely,"holding the water ), keeping a moist environment and accelerating healing.
3, There is ultra-thin hydrocolloid or PU film on surface of self-adhesive foam dressing. The surface is permeable and waterproof that ensure a sterile environment and prevent cross infection. Further, it is easy to use.
4, It gels when mixing with exudation and does not stick to wound. Easy peeling, will not cause secondary damage.
5, Soft, comfortable, easing pressure.
Applications:
High exudation wounds, e.g. Ulcers, bedsores, donated skin areas, burn hurt etc.
Foam dressing is new high-end medical dressing, which is polyurethane, containing CMC, processed by newest foam technology.
Instrucion:
1, Before using foam dressing wound care, clean the wound with normal saline, dry the surrounding skin tenderly.
2, The foam dressing wound care(without glue) must be used together with adhesive dressing. Change a new one when the exudation is 2cm approaching the edge of dressing.
3, One piece can stay no longer than 7 days, determined by quantity of exudation and absorbing extent.
4, Foam dressing (with/without glue) can be used together with alginate wound dressing or silver ion wound dressing so that the autolytic necrotic tissue can debride itself.
Note:
1, Not applicable for dry wound surface.
2, Clean the wound and dry the surrounding skin before using.
3, The foam dressing wound care size should exceed the wound edge about 2cm.
4, The foam dressing wound care can stay on the wound no longer than 7 days.
5, When exudation becomes less, stop using and change to use other range of dressing.
